Why might my copy of Vertellis be delayed?

Usually, it will take between 2 and 5 days for your copy to arrive. If that is not the case contact us at Facebook or hello@vertellis.com, and we’ll review the status of your package.

While we’re looking into what may have happened, please have a look in the confirmation email and confirm that the provided address is indeed correct.

I would like to give Vertellis as a present...

Not a problem! Instead of providing your own delivery address just provide the address of the person you want to gift it to.

Although we currently don’t offer gift wrapping, the box that holds the game is beautiful and definitely gift worthy!

SHIPPING

How do you ship Vertellis?

We ship Vertellis from our warehouse in Florida, using DHL and United States Postal Service. In some case, shipping is provided by FedEx Smart Post where FedEx takes care of transit, but USPS takes care of actual delivery. When ordering, please take into account this information if you live in a more remote area. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to hello@vertellis.com

How can I return my game?

We’re sorry to hear you’re looking to return your copy! Let us know within 14 days of purchase that you’d like to return your copies, and we’ll provide you instructions for return. Please contact us at hello@vertellis.com.

Once we receive the copies in good condition, we will refund you the purchase price.

Please note: There will be a $3.00 restocking fee charged on returned copies missing the internal foil. 

What do I do when I receive the game damaged?

If you received the game damaged, please let us know as soon as you received the game, but within 14 days, and we’d be happy to send you a new game. If possible, please include photos of the damaged copy, or packaging. Please contact us at hello@vertellis.com.

Can I find you in stores?

Currently, we are available in select stores. We can be found in Minnesota, Oregon, and Pennsylvania. 

If you have any suggestions on retail stores that you feel would be a good fit, please feel free to contact jessica@vertellis.com.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes! We don’t store any of your payment information, and all payment traffic is handled by our payment service provider. We will never share any of your personal information.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use all major credit cards via our payment processer Stripe. We also accept Amazon Pay, as well as PayPal.

What if I want to order more than 100 pieces?

Awesome that you’re considering such a big order. You can contact willem@vertellis.com for large order discounts. If you’re in a real pinch for that last minute gift, feel free to order first and we’ll adjust the invoice accordingly.

Can I pay upon delivery?

At this time, we don’t provide this option.

Vertellis fits perfectly in my (web)shop! Can I start selling Vertellis?

Absolutely! We have two options for you.

Who is team Vertellis?

Bart, Lars, and Liz are the initial founders of Vertellis. Recently Willem has joined the team to bring Vertellis to the United States.

The game was founded on a cold and dreary December day, with the goal to reconnect with family and friends during the upcoming Christmas dinner. The goal was to hear stories from their loved ones that may else have gone unshared. This is accomplished by asking questions about the past year, and the upcoming year.

Our mission is to increase solidarity and bring people closer together.
