Below you will find the mandatory terms and conditions of Vertellis. We have made a point of not using any jargon that would only create confusion. Instead, we’re using language that is easy to understand for everyone, and which will help create happy customers – that’s our goal!
When do I return my copy?
Are you unhappy with your copy of Vertellis? Let us know within 14 days that you want to return the unused game. The 14 day period starts once you receive the game. If you order more than one game or different products, the 14 day period will start once you receive the last item. We ask that you treat the items carefully during this time.
DId you receive the game damaged? Please let us know within 14 days and we will be happy to replace the game for a new one. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll take care of it!
How do I send a return?
Let us know within in 14 days after having received the product, and if you want to return it or replace it. You can do this by sending us an email
After you informed us that you want to return the game within 14 days, you have another 14 days to return the game to us. Please keep a receipt of your return so that we can track it, and avoid any issues whether the product was returned on time.
When possible, the game should be returned in its original packaging. When returning the game, please include your invoice so that we can identify the return. If you don’t have the invoice you can include a piece of paper with your name and order number.

Shipping costs return
When you return the game you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return.
When the above requirements have been met and the product has been received in an “as new” condition we will refund you the purchase price.
Items excluded for a refund:
Any items that have been personalized for the customer are not eligible for a refund.
